Profiterole !!!!

Wet toasted bread slices with a sugar syrup is a common base for Greek desserts.This was an alternative recipe of profiterole dessert that i couldn't resist!

For the base
Dissolve the sugar (2 cups) in boiling milk (2 cups) in order to make a syrup and wet the slices with it.  

For the ganache cream
Melt in a small pot 300 gr dark chocolate (orange flavor) with
250 gr butter,
2 tablespoons cocoa,
and 4 tablespoons sugar
Allow ganache to cool and then add 2 eggs.
Pour the cream on the base and leave to set for 2 hours in the fridge.

Decorate with whipped cream and pieces of dark chocolate.
